Nantucket Weddings

Nantucket Weddings by Pamela M. Kelley introduces us to Mia Maxwell, who once had her dream job as a sought-after wedding planner on Nantucket. While she faces no shortage of business, Mia is struggling to rekindle her passion for her work. Planning the weddings of others has been bittersweet for her since her own fiancé died two weeks before their wedding.

A year has passed, and just as Mia was starting to feel better, she returned from a vacation to find that her house had burned down. This leaves her with little choice but to stay at the Beach Plum Cove Inn with Lisa until her home is renovated.

Mia's worries don't end there. She's also concerned about her younger sister and best friend, Izzy, who has a serious boyfriend that has become increasingly controlling over the past year.

The Hodges family presents another challenge for Mia, as she finds herself planning not one but two weddings for the family. However, the path to these celebrations is not without its difficulties.

Adding to the mix, Lisa introduces Mia to another long-term guest. This temporary neighbour proves to be both intriguing and frustrating. Mia is clear that she is not ready to date and remains unsure if she will ever be.
